  • Arrive about 15 minutes early to settle in.
  • Bring water and a towel. Mat hire is available if you need one.
  • The room is about 40°C, so it's normal to feel the heat. Rest whenever you need; it gets easier every class.
  • Every class welcomes first-timers, and your teacher will look after you.
