- Arrive about 15 minutes early to settle in.
- Bring water and a towel — mat hire is available if you need one.
- The room is ~40°C — it's normal to feel the heat. Rest whenever you need; it gets easier every class.
- Every class welcomes first-timers — your teacher will look after you.
